Solar Innovations™ offers a wide selection of high quality intake louvers and exhaust fans that evenly circulate the air in our structures. When used in conjunction with one another, the intake louver allows fresh air to flow into the structure and the exhaust fan creates an opportunity for a cross flow of air for adequate ventilation. This minimizes hot spots and assists in maintaining a constant temperature inside the enclosure. Our intake louvers and exhaust fans are typically used in our greenhouse and pool & spa product lines but can be incorporated into any of our other structures.

The motorized intake creates an effective seal against most cold air, rain, snow, and insects when closed. It opens as the fan turns on to ventilate your structure. Exhaust fans can be used alone or combined with the matching intake louver to create a “cross wind” for increased air flow and circulation. This fan would be placed in the upper section of the gable end of the structure. The exhaust fan removes stale air from the structure.

The fans are made of white industrial grade, corrosion proof PVC with UV inhibitors but they can be custom painted to match your enclosure for an additional cost. The powder coated white fan guard supports the moisture resistance motor that will operate at single or variable speeds and the corrosion resistant aluminum gear box houses the quiet, long-life gear motor. A planned layout for these fans greatly improves the consistent temperature and comfort for your growing space.
