Straigh Eave, Double Pitch Conerservatory with Dormer and Mahogany Interior
 Solar Innovations™ offers several product designs in a beautiful 7” wood system. These systems can be composed of a solid wood or wood laminate interior and maintenance free aluminum exterior. Our skylights are available in solid Mahogany or Spanish Cedar. Upon special request, skylight interiors can be finished with laminates of Western Red Cedar, Southern Yellow Pine, and Northern White Pine (straight eave applications only), and Douglas Fir. Redwood and Cherry may be integrated into your skylight depending on final engineering requirements. Our advanced aluminum weep control system carries water and condensation away from the wood.


With the addition of decorative trim and other accessories, the potential of Solar Innovations™ wood interior/aluminum exterior systems are limitless. Solar Innovations™ will prepare the wood surface for final finishing with a protective water based sealer that helps minimize damage and discoloration during delivery and installation. Final sanding and finishing is completed by a third party. It is the customer's responsibility to properly maintain the finish on the wood to preserve the warranty.

Our elegant wood interior systems can be combined with almost all of our structures and door and window systems. We only offer our curved eave rooms in wood laminate. We do not recommend adding our wood system to a pool enclosure because of the high humidity produced by pools and spas. Due to its humid nature, this is also true for a greenhouse.
