Standard Tilt-n-Turn Windows Include:
• One of Solar Innovations’™ seven standard colors.
• 1" insulated glass. Glass make up is 1/8" clear tempered over 1/8" clear tempered with a stainless steel spacer.
• Stainless steel fasteners provide durability and resist corrosion.
• 1/4" tempered over 5/16" heat strengthened laminated glass available.
• Available in a variety of sizes, to a standard maximum of 66" x 108" panel, larger sizes available dependent on engineering requirements.
• Tilt-n-Turn windows of sufficient size can be used as egress doors.
• Configurations available include in-swing casement windows, out-swing casement windows, hopper windows, awning windows and integrated sidelites and transoms.
• Most configurations are designed to a DP Rating of ± 60 PSF.
• Hurricane and performance testing is ongoing.

The Tilt-n-Turn windows are constructed of thermally broken aluminum, allowing them to stand up to more punishment than a standard vinyl window and still maintain a thermal barrier, therefore protecting the inside temperature from outside influences. Wood options include solid Mahogany or Spanish Cedar. Upon special request, laminates of Western Red Cedar, Southern Yellow Pine, Douglas Fir, and Northern White Pine (straight eave applications only). Redwood and Cherry can be integrated into your structures depending on final engineering requirements.

Tilt-n-Turn window configurations by Solar Innovations™ are framed by a thermally broken aluminum extrusion and can be combined with insulated glass sidelites. Our Tilt-n-Turn window configurations come without flanges as a standard to be placed in any framed opening; however, flanges can be added to allow the Tilt-n-Turn window to be placed in a glazed system. Hardware is included. 1/4" and 1" glazing flange adapters are available.

Tilt-n-Turn window systems by Solar Innovations™ are available with several decorative options including grids, simulated divided lites (SDLs); beveled, etched or leaded glass; and applied radius or gothic corners.
