We offer several styles and sizes of standard sunroom designs. Choosing a standard sunroom allows us to to quickly turn around a quote, reduce lead times for shop drawings, and shorten delivery time. Please view our Sunrooms Standard Configuration Guide to see the standard sunrooms we offer.

Standard sunrooms by Solar Innovations™ include:

• One of Solar Innovations™ seven standard colors.
• Thermally broken aluminum frame.
• 1" insulated glass (1/8" clear tempered over 1/8" clear tempered with a black spacer).
• Stainless steel fasteners provide durability and resist corrosion.
• Roof Pitch of 14.75º or 30º.
• Curved eave sunrooms have a roof pitch of 14.75º or 30º and bay centers of 30 ½" or 38".
• Terrace door (3’ x 6’-8”) or French door (6'0 x 6'8).
• Awning window with crank adapter.
• Ridge vent.

This is our standard lean-to sunroom model.

This is our standard double pitch sunroom model.

In addition to our standard designs, Solar Innovations™ offers "modified standard" sunrooms. This will typically increase the cost of the standard sunroom by approximately 15-30% or more depending on the amount of customization involved. Our modified standards allow you to order a sunroom with shorter lead times for quotes, shop drawings, and manufacturing than completely custom sunrooms .  This will give you the opportunity to create a cost effective sunroom with a custom touch.

We define "modified standard" sunroom as one which starts as a standard size and requires minimal modifications. Our modified standards are divided into three options. (Please view the drawings and descriptions below. The green shaded area denotes the modifications.) Please make sure to note the modification option and requirements when requesting a quote. This will help our estimators prepare a more accurate sunroom quote for you.

Sunroom Option 1 allows you to alter up to two bay widths by either lengthening or shortening one or two of the end bays.
Sunroom Option 2 allows you to raise or lower the height of the sunroom. This cannot change the roof pitch, only the height of the walls.
Sunroom Option 3 is a combination of Options 1 and 2.

We recommend choosing a custom sunroom if the deviations from the standard sunrooms are more than the options allowed in the modified standards section. Please be aware that any deviation from our standard sunrooms or modified standard sunrooms typically results in 30-50% or more in increased costs and lead times.

Follow these important steps to find the perfect sunroom for your everyday needs, or if you choose, download our Sunrooms Planning Guide.

• Review our Sunroom Standard Configuration Guide.
• Determine the location of the sunroom.
• Select one of Solar Innovations™ standard sunrooms.
• Determine the intended use and desired climate of the sunroom, including what types of furnishings you plan to use in the sunroom.
• Complete our Sunroom Quote Request Form. Choose either standard or modified on the form and note the modifications. Be sure to include as much information as possible; all additional details you provide help us supply you with a more accurate sunroom quote.
• Submit your Sunroom Quote Request online or print out the form and fax or mail it to us. One of our estimators will contact you within 1-2 business days after we have received the sunroom request and reviewed it.
