Sliding glass doors by Solar Innovations™ can be customized and manufacturer up to four feet wide by ten feet tall. We also construct smaller panel sizes for sliding glass window applications. These are useful in small areas where people would want to enjoy the open, airy feeling that only a sliding glass window can offer. In addition, Solar Innovations™ offers supplementary sliding screen door systems to increase the functionality of any space.

Superior quality hardware allows our sliding glass doors and sliding glass windows to operate almost effortlessly on specially-designed stainless steel sill tracks. In addition, our corrosion-resistant stainless steel hardware provides many years of flawless operation. The unique positioning of the gasket and felt tracks allows the sliding glass doors and sliding glass windows to seal tightly when closed and minimizes friction during operation.

By constructing our products to meet the demands of today’s consumers, we offer unlimited design options, superior performance, safekeeping security features, and ease of installation. • One integrated sliding glass door system that is adjustable to allow for almost limitless configurations and many different loading conditions.
• Standard, ADA compliant, and high performance sill options to create the flexibility to fit virtually any application.

• A variety of glazing options ranging from 3/16" single pane to 1" insulated, heat strengthened laminated units for hurricane and security applications and more.
• Decorative options, including internal and external grids, simulated divided lites, and raised decorative panels.

• Numerous sliding glass door hardware choices.
• “Anti-slam” features to prevent damage to the two-point locking mechanism.
• Keyed or keyed-alike lock set options.
• Optional high performance precision bearings in 2", 3" or 3 ¼" sliding glass door roller wheels, allowing large panels to slide almost effortlessly.

Sliding Glass Door Planning Process:

• Once contacted, Solar Innovations™ will assist you throughout the planning process from preliminary design through delivery and installation.
• Our estimating and engineering staff will evaluate your design concepts and prepare cost estimates.  You can provide as much or as little input as you like in the early design stage.
• Solar Innovations™ will continue to refine the design concepts as necessary to ensure that the design requirements meet and exceed your expectations.
• When the proposal is signed, your sliding glass doors or windows will be fully engineered and detailed.  The architectural drawings will be sent to you for your evaluation and approval. 
• After receiving final approval from you or your agent, Solar Innovations™ craftsmen will fabricate and carefully package your sliding glass doors or windows for delivery.
• Solar Innovations™ will work with your installer as needed or aid in the installation of your sliding glass doors or windows.
• Solar Innovations™ will supply you with our written warranty and our commitment to provide service and support long after your project is complete.
