Roof lanterns are generally installed above the main roof line. Roof Lanterns are designed to be incorporated with an addition, constructed independently, or placed a top conservatories, pool and spa enclosures, and greenhouses. Roof lanterns are designed in any style: hip end roof lanterns, double pitch roof lanterns, dome roof lanterns, pyramid roof lanterns, and polygon roof lanterns. In many cases, roof lanterns incorporate transoms, decorative accessories, and grids. Solar Innovations® can provide roof lanterns in: White, Bronze, Hartford Green, Natural Clay, Black, Sandstone, and Mill finish aluminum. Clear Anodized, Bronze Anodized, and custom color finishes for roof lanterns are available for an additional charge. Solar Innovations® leads the industry in operable accessory options for roof lanterns as well as our decorative extruded and decorative aluminum cast options. Solar offers traditional looking ridge and eave vents integrated perfectly into our roof lantern, or skylight, designs. Small one or two bay options are available with a manual pole operator or 24 volt low voltage chain drive motors. Larger roof lantern vents, up to 18 feet or more can be manually operated with an arm and rod operator or motorized with a linear actuator motor. For both roof lantern ventilation systems, rain sensors, thermostats, and remote control options can also be integrated. Manual or motorized shade systems are utilized in certain applications. |
