Solar Innovations™ offers a number of standard skylights to choose from, but unlike our competitors, we offer any custom skylight design created from your own imagination. Our experienced skylight design team will work directly with you or, if you prefer, your contractor, or architect to create a skylight system for your indoor environment.
Solar Innovations™ offers skylights built to your specifications. From simple pyramid skylights, to radius dome skylights, to hip end skylights, Solar Innovations™ offers the most diverse skylight line on the market. The customer can decide everything from the size and style of the skylight to the accessories and color.

Follow these important steps to begin the process of creating your very own personalized skylight, or if you choose, download our Skylights Planning Guide.
- Develop a basic sketch of the shape and desired appearance of the skylight.
- Decide if you would like an operable or fixed skylight.
- Determine the desired location of the skylight or skylights.
- Complete our Skylight Quote Request Form. Be sure to include as much information as possible; all additional details you provide help us supply you with a more accurate skylight quote.
- Submit your skylight quote request online or print out the form and fax or mail it to us. One of our estimators will contact you within 1-2 business days after we have received the skylight request and reviewed it.

Custom skylights by Solar Innovations™ allow each customer to incorporate their own creativity into their skylight. As with any of Solar Innovations™ standard skylights, custom skylights are available in a variety of standard colors as well as custom skylight colors. Wood interior skylights are available upon request. (Wood Skylights)
The Skylights Planning Process:
• Contacting Solar Innovations™ is the first step in bringing your dreams and ideas to life. Once contacted, we will assign a skylight specialist to assist you throughout your skylight planning process, from preliminary designs through delivery and installation.
• Your personal skylight designer will work with our estimating and engineering staff to develop design concepts and prepare cost estimates. You can provide as much or as little input as you like in the early design stage.
• We will continue to refine the skylight design concepts as necessary to ensure that the design requirements meet and exceed your expectations.
• When the proposal is signed, your skylight will be fully engineered and detailed. The architectural drawings will be sent to you for your evaluation and approval.
• After receiving final approval from you or your agent, Solar Innovations™ craftsman will fabricate your skylight and carefully package the components for delivery.
• Solar Innovations™ will work with your installer as needed or aid in the installation of your skylight.
• We will supply you with our written warranty and our commitment to provide service and support long after your skylight is complete.
