Hobby Greenhouses by Solar Innovations™ are designed for simple installation, using 4" x 4" or 6" x 6" treated posts, or railroad ties and earth anchors where allowed by code, often eliminating the need for costly permits. Unlike other hobby greenhouses, hobby houses by Solar Innovations™ can be easily upgraded and transformed into a permanent greenhouse or orchid room by affixing them to a foundation. The polycarbonate glazing can be replaced with single pane or insulated glass, and ridge vents can be motorized and/or enlarged. All of Solar Innovations’ accessories and decorative options can be used to customize your hobby greenhouse. Please review the Solar Innovations™ Hobby Greenhouses Planning Process.
