Partitions within research greenhouses allow for the creation of independently controlled environments. Working in combination with environmental control systems, computer regulated research greenhouse environments allow for properly controlled horticultural experimentation creating validity within the environment.

Franklin and Marshall College, Lancaster, PA, commissioned Solar Innovations™ to create this unique, custom designed greenhouse. The custom engineered Mansard Style roof, popular in the Victorian Age, contributed to the greenhouse’s historical feel.
This greenhouse restoration bar design, weep system, incorporated in the project, is unique to Solar Innovations™. This greenhouse system, with integrated aluminum portals, is self-supporting over distances and maintains the aesthetic appeal without interference.
The Franklin and Marshall College greenhouse structure incorporated many of the greenhouse accessories offered by Solar Innovations™ including, an environmental control system, fogging system, misting systems, grow lights, standard lighting, rolling benches, stationary benches and tiered benches.
