Canopies and walkways are most often custom-designed in nature, making versatile canopy and walkway systems by Solar Innovations® perfect for these applications. Our glass or polycarbonate walkways and canopies provide a spacious feel and sense of the surrounding natural environment.
Canopies and walkways are a useful, aesthetically pleasing feature for both residential and commercial applications. Typically placed outside entrance doors, a glass canopy or walkway will protect individuals from the elements; polycarbonate can be used in these walkways and canopies instead of glass. Solar Innovations® canopies also deter harsh weather from the interior of the building while maintaining the natural light that passes into the entrance area.
Canopies by Solar Innovations® cover outdoor spaces such as waiting areas for bus stops, phone booths, porch and entrance areas, and outdoor eating facilities. Solar Innovations® can also manufacture canopies to serve as carports in several different sizes.
Walkways by Solar Innovations® provide a weather-protected pathway which may link two buildings or structures. Glass Walkways have been utilized in homes, colleges and universities, commercial shopping locations, and more. Allow Solar Innovations® to customize a glazed walkway for your application.

Although typically commercial in nature, our canopies and walkways have many residential possibilities. Whether curved or straight eave, enclosed in glass, polycarbonate, or solid panels, Solar Innovations® canopies and walkways adapt easily to meet almost any structural or aesthetic need.
Each walkway or canopy will be engineered to fit your specific requirements and can be custom designed in a variety of shapes and sizes with numerous glazing options. Our canopies and walkways are pre-fabricated with custom components and verified in our manufacturing facility to minimize difficulties during field installation.
