With experience spanning over five decades, our superbly designed, thermally enhanced aluminum structures provide a comfortable, sheltered environment for year round enjoyment of your pool or spa. The choice of various glazing options allows the charm and beauty of Mother Nature to enter, while keeping out snow, wind, rain, leaves, and insects. We use a non-corrosive aluminum framework and stainless steel fasteners that withstand the test of time in the high humidity, chemical filled environment of a pool or spa enclosure. All pool enclosures manufactured by Solar Innovations® are constructed of aluminum which does not rust, rot, warp, or require constant finish maintenance. Although Solar Innovations® does not recommend the use of wood within the pool's enclosure, wood options are available. Hardwood species such as mahogany, cedar, and teak are available for the interior of the space.

Our customers select from six standard finishes, unfinished aluminum, or any custom color. Two anodized finish options are also available; clear and dark bronze anodized.
We offer glass or polycarbonate pool and spa enclosures ranging from simple lean-to or double pitch structures to the most ornate conservatory configurations. Polycarbonate tends to be less expensive and lighter than glass which helps reduce shipping costs. There are several different selections available including blue, green, bronze, clear, and opal. Thickness range from 8mm, which is comparable to single pane all the way to 60mm, which is comparable for triple pane, insulated glass.

The traditional glazing option of choice for pool enclosures is glass. By using glass in a structure you are ensuring a clear, unobstructed view of the surrounding environment. Glass typically has a longer life span than polycarbonate and will require less maintenance over the years. There are unlimited varieties of glazing tints, thickness, and types. One of the most practical tints for pool enclosures is to use a low-e glazing. This type of glass minimizes the amount of UV rays which enter the structure. Preventing UV rays from entering helps to maintain a steady comfortable temperature in both the air and water.
Incorporate our folding glass walls or sliding glass doors within your pool and spa enclosure to make the walls "disappear." Add retractable roof panels and operable ridge and eave vents to allow air to flow freely when desired. This enables you to bask in the outdoor climate when the weather is pleasant. Solar Innovations® offers the most complete line of decorative elements in the industry to personalize your Solar Innovations® pool and spa enclosure. Adding grids to your window panes is the most common way to add appeal to your pool enclosure. There are numerous profiles and patterns available. Another popular decorative options is the addition of base panels. Replacing a stone or brick knee wall with base panels helps to eliminate extra dirt and debris in your enclosure. Other decorative options include moldings, gutters, ridge cresting and finials.
If you already have a pool enclosure that is in need of repair, Solar Innovations® can typically repair any existing damage. Another option available are "do-it-yourself pool enclosure kits." This options allows you to buy the enclosure factory direct and then complete the installation yourself. If you do not want to install the structure yourself, Solar Innovations® offers installation services through a nationwide dealer network.
