Operable features must remain free of debris for proper operation. Operable features should not be operated when the wind is blowing in excess of 50 mph, based on an exposure rating of B. Failure to comply with these limitations will void the warranty on the operable features, and any component thereof.

Service & Parts

Service

During a Solar Innovations'® service call, any glass we replace will be properly set with GE Silpruf sealant and a surface preparation of isopropyl alcohol to ensure a strong contact seal is achieved.

Solar Innovations® installation and service teams are capable of assessing service needs beyond simple glass replacement. Sill replacement, door and window adjustments, hardware replacements, and more can easily be reviewed and corrected by our field teams.

Replacement Parts

As one of the largest custom manufacturers of residential and commercial glazed products, Solar Innovations® has the technology and innovative design capability to help restore most existing structures made by other manufacturers. Our experienced team members will help you evaluate your situation and determine the most effective options for repair or replacement of any existing structure or design element.
Solar Innovations'® stock replacement parts include:

Flat glass for most applications.
Curves to fit standard Everlite, Sunplace, Four Seasons, Skytech, Suncraft, Sunroom Designs, and Sun Systems structures.
Glazing bar caps and screw covers (exterior screw-in caps).
Cover caps for the exterior.
Gaskets and tapes which can be damaged while replacing glass.
Solar Innovations®’ windows, doors, ridge vents, and operable skylights can be adapted to repair or improve almost any existing structure.

When requesting additional parts, it is critical to correctly identify the part(s) before placing your order. Our experienced sales staff will help you research the requirements of your system and its original manufacturer. These two key items are necessary for proper ordering. Providing digital photos, sale records, or any original documents for your system can greatly improve accuracy and efficiency in ordering your replacement parts.

Replacement Glass

Using the highest quality glazing available in the industry today, Solar Innovations® is able to provide glass options with improved spacer technology at a competitive rate. The stainless steel now utilized in Solar Innovations'® glazing options allows for minimal air leakage.

In addition to regular parts and service, Solar Innovations® offers a complete line of accessories from decorative applications (e.g. ridge cresting, finials, ring and collars, etc.) to climate control devices (e.g. fans, heaters, foggers, etc.) to enhance any structure.
