Glazing by Solar Innovations®
Glazing Options to Fit Each Application
Selecting the proper glazing option for your structure is of critical importance. Solar Innovations® offers a wide variety of glazing options to ensure each structure can function as its owner has intended.
Solar Innovations® offers a variety of glazing alternatives including but not limited to: monolithic, insulated, laminated, tempered, heat-strengthened, tinted, and high performance options such as Sol-I-Guard 240®, Sol-I-Guard 272®, and Sol-I-Guard 366® (Solar Innovations'® versions of Low-E). Glass choice will be determined by several different factors. Homeowners can choose glass that will prevent heat loss, prevent heat gain, cut back on glare, prevent fading, or prevent forced entry. The glass selected should also be determined by the nature of the project; should it be a restoration project, an addition with a need to match existing glazing, an area for growing plants, a relaxing living space, or a unique spot for both plants and people, Solar Innovations® can help you to make an effective glass choice.
Solar Innovations® recommends glazing products with stainless steel spacers and Argon as an insulator to increase their thermal efficiency. View Solar Innovations'® Glass Performance Chart to review the characteristics of our most popular glazing options.
