Solar products are a great solution to many concerns. Energy usage and ever increasing utility rates ranks high on the list. Solar thermal solutions tend to produce a high amount of power per square foot of space in comparison to other renewable technologies. Solar Innovations, Inc. works directly with top notch product manufacturers to supply you with a system that will last the expected lifetime.

| Residential Application | Commercial Application |

Above you will find a diagram of a typical Solar Thermal Hot Water installation that would be best fit to a residential application. The solar thermal collectors/panels are mounted on the roof of the structure. The closed loop lines run to a pumping station which circulates the heated liquid through the collectors and heat exchangers in the storage tank. The heated liquid transfers the heat into the water by use of the internal heat exchangers in the tank. The tank is tied into the existing hot water system, or installed as a stand alone system to provide water to the whole house.
To better understand the power of solar thermal, consider this fact; the power of the sun in one square foot of space over the course of the year is roughly equivalent to 2.5 gallons of oil.
