Solar Innovations, Inc.stocks many items from various systems and even if we do not have a part in stock we will work with you to locate one or design a new piece. At times repair is not an option when the unit is beyond assistance. At this point Solar Innovations, Inc. also offers replacement units. Our experienced team members will help you evaluate your situation and determine the most effective options for repair or replacement of any existing structure or design element. If you every experience and issue with a product bought through Solar Innovations, Inc. we offer servicing. All drawings and details are permanently saved from each job so we will be able to reference your job quickly. A site visit is not always necessary; discussing your problem with an employee may provide you with the needed solution. Wheather it is a broken window pane, hardware replacement, replacement sill, or door adjustment, our team will assist in fixing your unit. During a Solar Innovations, Inc.'s service call, any glass we replace will be properly set with GE Silpruf sealant and a surface preparation of isopropyl alcohol to ensure a strong contact seal is achieved. When requesting additional parts, it is critical to correctly identify the part(s) before placing your order. Our experienced sales staff will help you research the requirements of your system and its original manufacturer. These two key items are necessary for proper ordering. Providing digital photos, sale records, or any original documents for your system can greatly improve accuracy and efficiency in ordering your replacement parts.
As all of Solar Innovations, Inc.'s products use glass, a breakage may occur. A tree limb may fall on a glass roof or a severe storm may break a window and when the glass break Solar Innovations® has replacement glass. All jobs completed by Solar are kept on record and so broken glass can easily be replaced. Products by other manufacturers can also be updated with new glass as long as dimensions and glass type are supplied. Using the highest quality glazing available in the industry today, Solar Innovations® is able to provide glass options with improved spacer technology at a competitive rate. The stainless steel spacer utilized in Solar Innovations'® glazing options allows for minimal air leakage.
If your are ordering parts form another manufacturer, you need to correctly identify the parts before ordering. Measurements of broken glass panes, original order receipts, and photographs will assist in this process.
